JOB DESCRIPTION:
A client is looking for a VP of Engineering to sit in their Charlotte, NC location. This individual will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 4 in this location and for maintaining the profitability of the office. The office is continuing to grow, so they will be defining the vision for the office and determining the personnel and other resources needed. They will be identifying target clients and projects throughout North Carolina and advancing client relationships and leading proposal preparation.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 10-15 years of experience
- Licensed PE in North Carolina
- Civil Engineering Degree
- Water resources background (water, wastewater, stormwater, pipelines, transportation)
- Basic business principles background (accounting principles, financial statements, proposals, marketing, etc.)
COMPENSATION RANGE: $130k to $175k (Pay is based on overall experience)
DURATION: Direct Hire
On-site Expectations: Fully Onsite
